After booking your service, you will receive your invoice and service agreement. A deposit is required to secure your date and begin the styling process. Payment is accepted via ACH bank transfer, credit/debit card, or Zelle. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled service are non-refundable. Full terms are provided in your service agreement.
